Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any services offered by Front Door Fuel, LLC (“Front Door Fuel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, scheduling a delivery, creating an account, or submitting payment information, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Front Door Fuel provides mobile gasoline delivery to customer vehicles within designated service areas (“Services”). Our Services are limited to the transportation and dispensing of fuel. We do not inspect, diagnose, or repair vehicles, nor do we provide roadside assistance or any automotive services beyond fuel delivery.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time for operational, regulatory, or safety reasons.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to order fueling.
   
• You own the vehicle or have the owner’s consent.
   
• Your vehicle is in a safe, lawful, and accessible location.
   
• You will provide accurate information regarding fuel type, location, and payment method.
   
• The fuel door is unlocked or otherwise accessible at the time of service.
   

Front Door Fuel may refuse service if any condition poses a safety, legal, or operational concern. A service fee may apply when a delivery is attempted but cannot be completed.

Front Door Fuel does not inspect or evaluate the mechanical condition of your vehicle. By using the Services, you acknowledge:

• Front Door Fuel is not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or operational issues that occur before, during, or after fueling.
   
• We do not guarantee your vehicle will start or operate correctly after fueling.
   
• Any drivability issue, check-engine light, stalling, performance issue, or failure to start is presumed to be unrelated to fuel delivery unless proven otherwise under Section 4.
   

You assume all risks associated with the condition of your vehicle, including pre-existing issues, insufficient maintenance, or aftermarket modifications.

You agree to release and hold harmless Front Door Fuel from all claims relating to such issues.

Front Door Fuel sources fuel from reputable retail suppliers and follows accepted industry practices.
Front Door Fuel shall bear no liability for alleged fuel contamination unless the Customer provides ALL of the following:

1. Written notice of the alleged issue within 48 hours of fuel delivery;
    
2. A certified mechanic’s report documenting the alleged issue; and
    
3. A certified laboratory analysis of the fuel sample taken directly from the customer’s vehicle showing contamination; and
    
4. Proof that such contamination is conclusively and directly attributable to fuel dispensed by Front Door Fuel.
    

If the Customer fails to provide all required documentation described above:

• The Customer automatically waives all claims related to fuel quality.
   
• Front Door Fuel bears zero liability for any alleged damage or mechanical issues.
   
• No refunds, repairs, or compensation shall be owed.
   

All fuel samples must be collected and handled in accordance with recognized testing standards.
Samples taken after additional fueling, additives, weather exposure, or mechanical tampering are invalid.

If the Customer does not meet the strict evidentiary requirements above:
any mechanical failure or drivability issue is conclusively presumed to be unrelated to fuel delivered by Front Door Fuel.

By using the Services, you authorize Front Door Fuel and its payment processor (Stripe) to:

• Store your payment method;
   
• Charge for fuel delivered;
   
• Charge recurring subscription fees;
   
• Charge service fees, rescheduled deliveries, or failed payment attempts.
   

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

If you enroll in a subscription plan:

• Charges recur automatically each billing cycle.
   
• You must cancel 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid auto-renewal.
   
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
   
• Front Door Fuel may adjust subscription prices with notice.
   

Delivery beyond subscription allowances may incur additional fees.

You may cancel or reschedule a delivery up to 2 hours before your assigned window.

Front Door Fuel may charge a service fee if:

• The vehicle is not present or inaccessible;
   
• The fuel door is locked;
   
• The address was inaccurate;
   
• The location is unsafe or illegal;
   
• Conditions prevent fueling.
   

We may reschedule deliveries for weather, safety, logistics, supply issues, or regulatory constraints.

Customers agree to maintain a safe fueling environment, including:

• Engine off;
   
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames;
   
• Clear access to the vehicle;
   
• No interfering activity during fueling.
   

Front Door Fuel may refuse service for any safety concern at its sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Front Door Fuel is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
   
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery;
   
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Front Door Fuel from any claims arising from your vehicle, property, negligence, or use of Services.
   

These limitations apply regardless of cause, including negligence or strict liability.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Front Door Fuel disclaims all express and implied warranties.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including weather, labor shortages, supply issues, emergencies, or regulatory changes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Posting updated Terms constitutes notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Iowa.
